Description
The Direct Support Professional provides health, well-being, and developmental support to individuals served by the agency, participates in inclusion and social-emotional growth goals, and helps create and update Positive Behavior Support Plans and ISP goals. The role requires a valid Connecticut driver's license, reliable vehicle, high school diploma or equivalent, and CPR/First Aid, PMT, and DDS Medication Administration certifications; physical skills include lifting at least 50 pounds and implementing interventions.
