The Arc Eastern Connecticut is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Norwich, Connecticut, to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role provides personal care, recreation, daily living, social, health, rights, community integration, behavior management, medication administration, documentation, transportation, meal preparation, and life-skills mentoring. It follows a Monday–Tuesday 1:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. and Thursday–Saturday 12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. schedule, requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, and offers health, dental, life insurance, paid time off, and a starting rate of $20.20 per hour.
