The Arc Eastern Connecticut is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Groton, Connecticut, to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role provides personal care, recreation, daily living, social, health, rights, community integration, behavior management, medication administration, documentation, transportation, meal preparation, and life-skills mentoring. It follows a Sunday 7 a.m.–3 p.m. and Wednesday–Saturday 2 p.m.–10 p.m. schedule, requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, and pays $20.20 per hour.
