Life Works is hiring Direct Support Professionals to support children and adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in residential and community settings. The role involves assisting with daily activities, safe transfers, emergency response, documentation, and physical interventions, with shifts including day, swing, early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, physical ability to lift and transfer clients, adequate communication and documentation skills, flexibility, and required clearances; prior experience with intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or medical needs is preferred.
