Resources for Human Development is hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional for its Fine Line Studios art-based day program in St. Louis and Bridgeton, Missouri. The role supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through art activities, creative expression, personal care, transportation, documentation, and participation in community and recreational activities. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, communication and computer skills, and the ability to complete CPR and First Aid training. The position pays $18.00 per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement, paid time off, training, and other benefits.
