Resources for Human Development is hiring full-time Direct Support Professionals to provide person-centered care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential and community settings. The role includes daily living assistance, health and safety support, medication administration, crisis response, individualized service planning, skill development, transportation, documentation, and compliance. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, at least 21 years of age, a valid driver's license, English communication skills, basic computer and documentation skills, and successful background checks and drug screening; experience and certain certifications are preferred.
