Resources for Human Development is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide person-centered, compassionate support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential and community-based settings. The role includes daily living assistance, health and safety support, medication administration, crisis response, individualized service planning, documentation, transportation, and community participation. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with flexible schedules and possible on-call coverage. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, be at least 21, hold a valid driver's license, communicate effectively in English, maintain accurate records, and pass background checks, clearances, and drug screening; experience and related certifications are preferred.
