Volunteers of America Minnesota is hiring a full-time Disability Services Professional (DSP) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes, local communities, or residential settings. The role assists with cooking, cleaning, household chores, financial and behavior management, medical appointments, medication management, transportation, shopping, and community activities. No prior experience is required because training is provided and paid, and the position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement and HSA/FSA programs, paid time off, and other benefits for employees working 30 or more hours per week.
