Description
The Direct Support Professional provides direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential or periodic community programs. Responsibilities include implementing individualized service plans, assisting with personal care, activities of daily living, medication administration, health monitoring, transportation, community integration, recordkeeping, and reporting incidents. The role may work at a program location and accompany individuals into the community, requires a valid driver’s license and computer skills, and is open to full-time or part-time employment.
