Volunteers of America Minnesota is hiring a Disability Services Professional (DSP) in Princeton, Minnesota, to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes, communities, or residential settings. The role includes cooking, cleaning, household chores, financial and behavior management, medical appointments, medication management, transportation, shopping, and community activities. Two schedules are offered: 12 hours per week on alternate Saturdays and Sundays, and 38 hours per week on Monday through Wednesday, Thursday, and alternate Saturdays and Sundays. No prior experience is required because training is provided and paid, and the position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, and a $17.00 per hour wage.
