Strive is hiring a Direct Support Professional to provide respite and in-home support for a child with complex medical and developmental needs. The role offers 9 hours per week, with potential to add hours as the case load grows, at $17.85 per hour. Duties include overnight and waking supervision, medical and behavioral emergency response, medication administration, hygiene assistance, transportation, meal support, and recreation. The position requires a valid driver’s license, background and reference checks, core competency training, and physical ability to perform residential-care tasks.
