The Arc Eastern Connecticut is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Norwich, Connecticut, to provide personal care, recreation, daily living, social, health, rights, community-integration, and behavior-management support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role also involves individualized support planning, medication administration, documentation, safety procedures, transportation, meal preparation, and mentoring. It is scheduled Saturday through Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, and pays $20.20 per hour.
