Grafton is hiring a Residential Instructor for its Children & Adolescence program to provide direct care, implement treatment and individualized plans, supervise and support clients, manage behavioral crises, document services, and oversee site activities such as housekeeping, nutrition, and transportation. The role requires evening and weekend availability, a valid driver's license, and either a high school diploma with six months of direct care experience, an associate degree with three months of direct care experience, or a bachelor's degree in a human services field. Compensation starts at $18.15 and can reach $22.00 per hour, with shift differentials and medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
