Description
The DSP Sub/On Call 1320 supports individuals with disabilities with basic living, job, social, personal-care, transportation, medication, and community-integration needs while helping them achieve personal outcomes and greater independence. The role works under the supervision of a Residential/Employment Coordinator, follows service plans, maintains confidentiality, reports abuse or neglect, and may assist with finances and data collection. Qualifications include being 17 or older, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance, an insurable driving record, and a successful background check.
