Job Path is hiring a Direct Support Professional for its Community Connections program to provide one-on-one support to people with developmental disabilities in community settings across Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx. The role focuses on helping individuals connect with community organizations, participate in activities, develop independent living skills, make choices, and build relationships, while also completing documentation and attending training. The schedule includes Saturdays and/or Sundays, five- to six-hour day or evening shifts, with additional weekday hours possibly available. A high school diploma or GED is required; prior experience is a plus.
