The Program Supervisor will supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, while also facilitating Individual Service Plans, administrative duties, direct support, community outings, and transportation. The role offers full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules, with full-time employees receiving a compensation package including $50,939.00 annually, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and holiday pay. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance, plus the ability to establish rapport and maintain staffing and schedules.
