Description
The Remote Support Program Supervisor will work from an office to provide virtual care and monitor individuals in residential homes. The role combines direct support with activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care; program activities including Individual Service Plan implementation, staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight; and supervision of a Caregiver team. The position pays $21.00 per hour, follows a rotating overnight schedule, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a current driver's license, and strong communication and organizational skills.
