Mentor Community Services is hiring a full-time Program Supervisor for its Day Program Center in Southside, Jacksonville, Florida. The role pays $19.00 per hour and works 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with 8–16 flexible supervisory hours per week and direct support for the remaining hours. The supervisor oversees Direct Support Professionals, program operations, person-centered plans, health care, compliance, staffing, training, evaluations, financial and census management, and the physical environment. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, computer knowledge, a current driver’s license and auto insurance if driving, and the ability to perform heavy physical work.
