Description
The Program Supervisor will supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, while also facilitating Individual Service Plans, participating in hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight, and providing direct support such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care. The role also includes community outings and transportation. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules are available, with benefits and advancement opportunities for full-time employees.
