Description
The Program Supervisor supervises Direct Support Professionals and oversees the day-to-day operation of a residential, vocational, or in-home program serving 4–8 individuals in residential settings or 10–15 individuals in periodic, vocational, or day programs. The role combines direct support with program planning, compliance, health care, medication and dietary support, staffing, training, evaluations, financial and census management, and maintenance. It is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly position generally working 8–16 flexible supervisory hours per week, with the remainder spent providing direct support. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, computer knowledge, a current driver’s license and insurance if driving, and the ability to perform heavy physical work.
