Direct Support Program Supervisor at Sevita

ResCare Community Living is hiring a full-time, non-exempt Program Supervisor to supervise Direct Support Professionals and oversee the day-to-day operation of a residential, vocational, or in-home program. The role combines direct support with responsibilities for program planning, compliance, health care, medication, staffing, training, evaluations, financial and census management, maintenance, and stakeholder relations. The position pays $18.00-$20.00 per hour and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, computer knowledge, and a current driver's license if transportation is provided.
