The Program Supervisor will supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, while also facilitating Individual Service Plans, participating in hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight, and providing direct support such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care. The role also includes community outings and transportation. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance, along with strong communication and organizational skills. The position pays $21 per hour and offers full-time compensation and benefits.
