The Program Supervisor supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by supervising a team of Caregivers, overseeing Individual Service Plans, staffing, training, scheduling, and program activities, while also providing direct support such as meal preparation, medication administration, personal care, community outings, and transportation. The role offers full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules, pays $20.30 per hour, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
