Mentor Community Services is hiring a Program Supervisor for its Merrimac Group Home near Swan/Burns. The role supervises a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, oversees Individual Service Plans and administrative duties, and provides direct support with daily activities, medication administration, personal care, community outings, and transportation. The position offers full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules, with an hourly rate of $18.50 and benefits for full-time employees.
