Description
ResCare Community Living is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role combines direct support with activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care; program and professional activities; staffing, scheduling, hiring, training, and oversight; and community outings or transportation. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules are available, with full-time employees receiving a compensation and benefits package, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and holiday pay.
