Description
ResCare Community Living is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role combines direct support, program activities, and supervision, including implementation of Individual Service Plans, staff hiring and training, scheduling, oversight, community outings, and transportation. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules are available, with full-time employees receiving a compensation and benefits package, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and holiday pay.
