ResCare Community Living is hiring a full-time, non-exempt, hourly Program Supervisor to supervise Direct Support Professionals and oversee the day-to-day operation of a residential, vocational, or in-home program serving 4–8 individuals or 10–15 individuals in periodic, vocational, or day programs. The role combines direct support with program planning, compliance, health care, staffing, training, employee management, financial and census management, and maintenance oversight. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, computer knowledge, a current driver’s license and insurance if driving, and the ability to perform heavy physical work.
