Family Care Solutions is hiring a part-time Direct Support Staff member in Davenport, Iowa. The role supports individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities by helping them develop independence, safety, communication, money-management, healthy-lifestyle, motor, household, and daily-living skills, participate in community activities, and achieve personal goals. No prior experience is required because training is provided. The schedule is 10–15 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., plus two flexible weekends per month. Starting pay is $15 per hour, with Aflac benefits available after 90 days.
