Description
Mosaic is hiring a Direct Support Supervisor to coordinate and manage program operations for people with complex needs. The role oversees regulatory and safety compliance, hires and trains staff, creates schedules, coordinates activities and appointments, maintains detailed records, supports community integration, implements behavior plans during incidents, and provides emergency on-call support and shift coverage. The schedule is generally Monday through Friday during the day, with some nights, weekends, and on-call responsibilities.
