ResCare Community Living is hiring a full-time Program Supervisor in Paris, Texas, working an 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. rotating schedule. The role supervises a team of caregivers, supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through daily activities, medication administration, personal care, and community outings, and handles Individual Service Plans, hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a current driver's license with one year of unrestricted driving history, car registration, auto insurance, and other required licensure or certification.
