Description
The Direct Support Trainer provides services and supports to individuals with autism spectrum disorder, including implementing individualized plans, teaching work and daily living skills, using TEACCH methods, monitoring behavior, documenting progress, maintaining safety, and supporting appointments and site operations. The role is full-time at 35–40 hours, with second- and third-shift availability, and includes duties such as medication administration, CPR/First Aid, incident reporting, food preparation, animal and garden care, and customer service.
