Cooperative for Human Services Inc. is hiring Direct Support Workers for its residential programs in Medford, Massachusetts. The role provides person-centered advocacy, daily living support, personal care, medication administration for MAP-certified staff, activity promotion, documentation, transportation, emergency response, and communication with families and service providers. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with high priority for Sunday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Pay is $20.69 to $22.81 per hour depending on certifications, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, training, and other benefits.
