Cooperative for Human Services is hiring experienced Direct Support Workers to provide person-centered, trauma-informed support in two high-behavior residential homes in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. The role involves implementing behavior support plans, maintaining structure and safety, responding to behavioral escalations and crises, assisting with daily living and health-related needs, documenting care, communicating with families and clinical teams, and participating in program planning. Weekend, evening, and select overnight shifts are available, with a significant need for 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM coverage.
