Cooperative for Human Services is hiring experienced Direct Support Workers to provide person-centered, trauma-informed support in residential homes in Saugus, Massachusetts. The role involves hands-on assistance with daily living, personal care, community participation, medication administration, behavior support, crisis response, documentation, and communication with families and clinical teams. Evening shifts from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. are primarily available, with Sunday coverage also needed. A high school diploma or equivalent, relevant experience, a valid Massachusetts driver’s license, English proficiency, and the ability to complete required training are required; PABC certification is preferred.
