Sheppard Pratt is hiring an in-person Direct Care Worker for its Odyssey Residential Program in the Frederick community. The role provides 24 hours per week, including Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Monday and Tuesday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., and pays $18.50 per hour. Responsibilities include facilitating client participation in therapeutic and social activities, implementing individual care plans, and providing transportation to medical appointments. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, relevant work, student, or volunteer experience, and an active non-provisional driver’s license with access to an insured vehicle.
