AlphaSense is hiring a Directed Content Analyst to report to the Operations Manager, Directed Content. The role sources and evaluates high-quality experts for research projects, conducts email and LinkedIn outreach, validates expert backgrounds through calls, documents relevant experience, negotiates rates, supports scheduling, and troubleshoots connectivity issues. Candidates need at least two years of experience in research, recruiting, talent sourcing, market intelligence, or a related role requiring proactive outreach and candidate evaluation, along with proficiency in Mandarin and the ability to professionally converse with senior executives.
