Cardinal Couriers is hiring a General Manager, Quebec Operations, to lead transportation operations across Quebec from an in-office location in Montreal. Reporting to the President, the role oversees multiple terminals, leads operational managers, and drives performance in service, safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The position requires at least seven years of senior leadership experience in transportation, logistics, or distribution, multi-site operations experience, financial and operational management skills, knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards, and bilingual English-French ability. Travel primarily within Quebec is required, and the role includes mentorship and transition support during a leadership succession.
