Bowlin Group is hiring an experienced Directional Bore Operator for its telecommunications construction team. The role installs fiber duct, conduit, and cable using directional drilling, trenching, and pulling equipment, while also handling blueprint interpretation, equipment checks and maintenance, drilling-parameter monitoring, troubleshooting, safety compliance, coordination, and recordkeeping. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of directional bore operator experience, directional-drilling proficiency, utility-installation knowledge, blueprint-reading ability, communication skills, and a valid driver's license; CDL and heavy-equipment experience are preferred.
