Director, Accounting at Conga

Conga is hiring a Director, Accounting to lead its global accounting function and oversee financial reporting, month-end and quarter-end close, compliance, internal controls, and annual audits. The role partners with Finance, FP&A, Legal, and business stakeholders while managing accounting operations and building scalable processes for a high-growth SaaS organization. It requires 8–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, leadership experience, US GAAP expertise, and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA and SaaS accounting experience are preferred. The position is based in Boston, Massachusetts, or Houston, Texas, and offers a U.S. base salary of $157,310–$251,700 plus variable incentive pay and benefits.
