Director, Accounting at Revolution Medicines

Revolution Medicines is hiring a Director of Accounting to lead the company’s US general ledger accounting function and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, leases, equity, and related financial reporting. The role manages and develops the accounting team, maintains internal controls and SOX compliance, supports audits and financial reporting, and drives process improvements and system enhancements. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, at least 10 years of progressive accounting experience, public-company and SOX experience, and strong leadership and analytical skills. The position is full-time and hybrid, with a base salary range of $211,000 to $264,000 USD for onsite work at the Redwood City headquarters.
