Description

CASES is hiring a Director, ACES - Brooklyn & Queens to lead the expansion and implementation of its Assertive Community Engagement & Success program for youth ages 16–24. The role oversees program fidelity, supervisor and staff development, complex-case support, community partnerships, quality improvement, program evaluation, contractual obligations, and budget management. It is a full-time position beginning at 4 West 125th Street, with a planned future relocation to Brooklyn, and pays $95,000 per year.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 7 years of experience working with youth and/or young adults impacted by the criminal legal system
3+ years of supervisory and program/contract management experience
Experience implementing programs and services
Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of community needs and cultural dynamics
Knowledge of youth development, trauma-informed practices, and behavioral interventions
Ability to create tools and systems supporting team and program success
Strong communication and presentation skills
