Description
Iterative Health is hiring a Director of Activations Strategy & Operations to own the end-to-end activation operating model for clinical trials. The role will set performance targets, diagnose and compress activation timelines, design scalable processes and playbooks, build systems and tooling, align Site Operations, Regulatory, Legal, Commercial, and Study Success teams, manage vendor partnerships, and develop the activations function as the portfolio grows. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with in-office collaboration two days per week in New York City, Boston, or Southlake, and a New York pay range of $160,000–$220,000 USD.
