Kestra Holdings is hiring a Director of Technology Integration to lead technology strategy, due diligence, vendor management, and post-acquisition integration across its growing network of acquired wealth-management firms. The role owns the integration playbook, migration initiatives, enterprise architecture, platform consolidation, cybersecurity, data integration, and executive governance, while building and mentoring a team of integration specialists. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, 8–10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, and 5+ years of technology integration, transformation, or mergers-and-acquisitions experience; wealth-management, RIA, FinTech, or financial-services experience is preferred.
