iSpot is hiring a Director of AI to lead the engineering roadmap and hands-on delivery of AI capabilities across its Creative, Audience, and Outcomes product portfolio. The role combines technical leadership with direct involvement in prototyping, architecture, code, model evaluation, production operations, cost and capacity planning, and responsible AI practices. The Director will build and grow an AI and machine learning engineering team while partnering with Product Management, Data Science, and Platform teams. The position offers hybrid or fully remote work depending on location, with a target cash compensation range of $204,507 to $269,942 USD annually and equity eligibility.
