NVIDIA is hiring an Engineering Director, AI Enablement to build AI enablement and agentic development capabilities across software, hardware, and other company workflows. The role will develop AI systems, tools, services, and blueprints; accelerate AI adoption and productivity; and collaborate with cross-organizational leaders and external partners. Candidates need a BE or equivalent experience in EE/CS or a related technology field, at least 15 years of work experience including 8 years of management experience, deep AI knowledge, and a record of complex product development and team management. The position is hybrid and offers a base salary of 292,000 USD to 442,750 USD plus equity and benefits.
