Couchbase is hiring an AI Platform Engineering Leader in Bangalore to lead the development and scaling of its operational AI platform. The role owns strategy, architecture, delivery, and operational excellence across distributed systems, cloud-native platforms, databases, PaaS, and AI capabilities, while managing engineering teams and partnering with Product, SRE, Go-To-Market, and other cross-functional groups. The position requires 15+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years leading multiple teams, along with expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms, AI infrastructure, production SaaS, and performance and reliability engineering.
