Description
Ford is hiring a Director, AI Program Management, OS, System & Data to establish governance standards, stage-gate criteria, delivery expectations, and value-realization requirements for enterprise AI bets. The role leads cross-functional councils, portfolio review cadences, executive reporting, execution oversight, cross-bet dependencies, recovery plans, and Finance validation. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of enterprise-scale program governance, PMO, or portfolio execution experience, and experience managing managers, councils, at-risk programs, and executive audiences. The position is a Level 4 leadership role, remote, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
