Huron is hiring a Director-level AI Security, Governance, Engineering and Observability professional to translate security, privacy, compliance, architecture, and business requirements into automated controls for AI workloads. The role establishes governance and knowledge-management patterns, including workload classification, identity and access controls, data protection, audit evidence, retrieval-augmented generation quality, model evaluation, telemetry, dashboards, regression checks, and operational reporting. It requires 8+ years of experience across cloud or platform security, governance engineering, data or analytics engineering, observability, ML evaluation, or AI application monitoring, with preferred experience in AWS AI and security services, LLM evaluation, workflow orchestration, enterprise knowledge systems, and sensitive-data environments. The position offers flexible living locations across the United States, travel as needed, and an estimated base salary of $190,000–$265,000 USD.
