Description
ButterflyMX is hiring a Director of AI Strategy & Transformation to lead the company’s evolution into an AI-enabled organization. The role owns the AI transformation strategy, roadmap, budgeting, governance, hiring, prioritization, and adoption of AI use cases across the business. It is a hybrid strategic and hands-on role that does not require building models or writing production code, but requires deep knowledge of AI capabilities and limitations, executive stakeholder influence, organizational change leadership, and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. The expected base salary is $200,000-$300,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
