Description
Ensemble Travel Group is hiring a Director of Air & Insurance to build and grow airline and travel insurance supplier partnerships, negotiate competitive contracts and rates, analyze partner performance and market data, and develop strategies that improve commercial outcomes. The role reports to the VP, Land & Specialty, requires at least 8 years of relevant commercial experience, and is hybrid for local applicants with two days per week onsite in Toronto; fully remote work may be considered for applicants outside the commutable range. Compensation is $100,000 to $120,000.
